This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. I booked the motel and when I got there I just dropped my things off and went out to enjoy my vacation got back to the room and noticed that there were flies everywhere. Then I noticed that the dead bolt would not lock and the top latch was missing so my girlfriend called the office and the manager/owner was very short with me and was being very rude and said that there is nothing she can do about it and I told her that I can not sleep there if the door will not lock and she said to me " I dont know where you are from but we dont have those problems here in branson" So then after a couple hours of killing files and getting no where we decided to try and sleep and pull back the comforter and there is blood on there. A/C smelled awful. Toilet would not flush. Floor had trash all in it. Sheet still had makeup on it from the last person who slept there. The fire alarm was falling out of the ceiling. Then the next morning they did send a maintenance man to our room AT 8 in the morning beating on the door. After getting woke up from only sleeping a couple hour we called the office and asked them to come look at the room and see what we were dealing with and they refused. So we went to the office and complained and they threatened to call cops on us and get us thrown in jail. So we had called the cops and they did end up getting me a refund. And the cop himself told us that he wants this motel to be shut down. THE BEDS HAD STAINS ON THEM AND THEY ARE ALMOST 30 YEARS OLD DELIVERY DATE WAS 1987. I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS MOTEL AGAIN EVER
