A Helping Hand Residential Cleaning Professionals

Review: We agreed to have cleaning services done with A Helping Hand aka Madison Residential Cleaning service on 9/4/2014 and paid for one year of service for $4342. The last cleaning they fulfilled was on 12/29/14. We had always asked for the same cleaning crew to clean our house as their other crews had broken several items in our house. We had not put in a formal complaint for this despite the fact Mr [redacted] and his cleaners accused us of breaking items which was not true. On 12/29/14, another crew had arrived to do work. We had asked why the usual crew was not at our house. We called the office and the scheduler was surprised the usual team was not at our house. While we were sorting out why the usual team was not at our house with the office, the team that was at our house decided to wait outside in below zero weather. This was despite us asking them to wait in our house. This team decided to leave as they were uncomfortable in our house.

The usual team came later in the day to clean our house. We spoke with Mr [redacted] on 12/29/14 and discussed the situation. We did not hear anything from him after that point until 1/15/15. They were scheduled on 1/15/15 for the next cleaning service for which no one came to clean our house. We were told by the office that our services were terminated. Mr [redacted] verified this by email later in the day and told us he was available. He eventually did call us and told us he should have contacted us two weeks prior. Thus, the decision to terminate our services were made well in advanced without letting us know.

Additionally, we are owed money for services not rendered. We are owed $2672 which Mr [redacted] told us he would need 30 days. It has been over 30 days since they terminated our contract. We are still disappointed at how we were abruptly terminated. In retropspect it will be better as they did a poor job cleaning which was noted by our new cleaning services. We want our payment for services not rendered.Desired Settlement: We want to be refunded $2672.00.
