I am rejecting this response because: He is lying about the process of the grounds in which he was hired

In response to [redacted]. We met on the last day. it was at night and I made the last payment ,he did not do a walk-through with me cuz he had to go... so it was done by myself ,not only did I find things that night, I came back that morning turned all the lights on with blinds open. There was never an agreement to only paint half the wall.. if that was the case he would not have been hired, not only could you see the lines in the wall that were gutted out, you could see the lines where his roller stopped on half the wall painted...doors were never painted...why would I pay $7,000 for that? Once I expressed my disappointment, he said he would come back, some things were fixed but not to my satisfaction, I called him back left blue painter's tape he removed the tape without resolving the problems, he refused to sand down and texture the wall and repaint it, that is not resolving the issue. He spent money on paint, but said he ran out. he did not sheetrock enclosure to my hot water heater, like it was before, his craftsmanship on this house was horrible. Not only did I have to buy six more gallons of paint, I had to hire a painter and a carpenter to come in and do what he should have done the first time. I have picks of what he considered resolved issues. No verbal or paper agreement was my mistake.

In response to the complaint filed by [redacted].  After all work was done, we walked through the property and she didn’t say anything was not right, then she paid the balance due. I told her if she anything missed I would come back. There were a few issues that came up. I then went through...

the house again. At later date she when through the house with blue tape marking issues she had.  I again went through the house removing the tape as it was resolved. I felt the issues were resolved. I told her that I was done.  The main complaint that she said to exist is paint. Before I began I told her that I would not be painting all the walls. Only as needed to match. I painted whole walls and some that I didn’t originally agree to but did anyway. There were a few things that I missed that should not have been overlooked the first time but were corrected. If there is any questions please respond by email. [redacted]
