A Home for you

My family rented from this company for about a year and a half. I provided notice to [redacted] that we were moving June 2013 due to military PCS. Auto pay was never cancelled through my bank and I accidentally made an extra rent payment on July *, 2013 in the amount of $1100.00. As soon as I noticed the charge (july *) I contacted [redacted] asking for a refund. She acknowledged through email that her company did have the money, but claimed damages to the house and "the owner (of the house) will use these funds." So in addition to our $1100.00 deposit, total there's $2200.00 unaccounted for. I immediately agreed to pay for any damages, but insisted on seeing an itemized list of damages, estimates or receipts showing repairs made. I have emailed [redacted] almost every day asking to see an itemized list or proper documentation of these damages. She will not comply. She did email me another bill stating we owed an additional $444.31. Again she gave no reason for the bill and threatened legal action if we didn't pay. The bill stated we were late on rent for July 2013. We did not live in the home July 2013. And our rent amount was $1100.00. So im not even sure where this additional $444.31 charge came from. I offered bank statements proving otherwise. [redacted] never replied yes or no to seeing my statements. We have never once been late on our rent or not paid. I have and can provide emails and bank statements proving that my above statements are true.
