I informed the customers wife on my initial inspection that our company does not warranty or guarantee any repairs made to tile roofingFurthermore I suggested a full detach and resetting of the entire tile roof with ALL NEW UNDERLAYMENTShe informed me that they wanted to try and fix it the
cheapest way possibleI have explained to both customers repeatedly that we can give them a price to try and repair again, but just as the first time we do not warranty repairs.I feel like this is a shot in the dark at trying to get revenge of some sortMr*** threatened to take us to court and mentioned he was an attorneySince there is no contract, no written warranty this didn't work out too well and here we are at 'sour grapes'.Additionally, it is highly probable that the roof sustained damage from the hail storm that hit Lakeway on 04/18/as did most homes in the area

The ***'s were informed there was no warranty for repairs, they wanted to do it cheap as possiblePlease call to discuss further ***As far as we are concerned they case is closedNO WARRANTY

I am rejecting this response because:Mr***, rather than performing the work himself, contracted the job out to some very unskilled workers who did a horrible jobHe is all about taking the money and runningI would have sued him but what would be the point, since enforcing a collection in Texas is almost impossible*** you are scammer and I will make sure everyone knows itWere those guys even authorized to work in the United States? There wasn't a lot of English being spoken
