Telephone response received from the company as follows: The company stated the work was done in May The company stated that the consumer provided the bar code for the color of paint that he wanted from home depot, the company provided the bar code given to home depot and before he purchased the paint, he sent the consumer a photo of the paint color for approval prior to purchasing- the consumer approved.The company stated he purchased gallons of paint, gallons of a dijon mustard color for the walls and gallons of white for the trim paint The company stated that he paid for the paint, he sent receipt to the consumer and consumer reimbursed him for the paintThe company stated he sent pictures of the rooms that were painted and the consumer liked them, he signed off on them and made his final paymentThe company stated he did not hear from the consumer until this month- he stated that the consumer said that the tenants moving in do not like the color.The company stated that the consumer wanted him to re-paint for free
