We were assigned this company twice via our home warranty They initially visited on June 5th, and stated we were low on freon due to a leaky valve The employee repaired the leak and refilled our freon Days later, the system kept freezing up We have had a work claim submitted for business days Since that time, the company has stood up our appointment business days in a row, without notice The scheduler, Bianca, has yet to return our phone calls, and the sweet lady who answers the phone acts extremely confused and speaks with broken english, establishing extreme language barriers, and simply replies "we will try tomorrow, ok?" At one point, the scheduler shouted at the secretary to place us on hold To say she was unprofessional is an understatement The secretary did not place me on hold because I was in the middle of a sentence Bianca then grabbed the phone, screamed how rude I was, threatened me to never call there again, and abruptly ended the call while using profanity DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I WOULD RATHER PAY 6K for a new air system, despite having a warranty, THAN TO EVER DEAL WITH BIANCA AGAIN In all my years of dealing with home warranties, I've yet to come across such a horribly ran business, unprofessional workers, and an un-educated, dialect-challenged Bianca My children, husband and myself have been in a hotel for days due to the extreme temperaturesBianca said she did not care about that situation, nor my children People like Bianca give home warranties a bad reputation

Assigned this company by Old Republic Home warranty (equally bad business)
Could not come out for days to look at AC unit while waiting I located part at local parts houses Tech came out and diagnosed as I did, it needed a condenser fan Said he had to order and it would be a week, this was stupid insane 100+ degree heat with animals in house But since I was out of country and could not personally deal with this we let it go On the day he was supposed to come out he missed his window and called after that time frame said he was running late I suspected cancellation was next It was, he called and told us he had the wrong part, how convenient I said you just figured that out ? And how do you know you did not even come to house I told him I call BS it's getting late on a Friday and you don't want to come just say it No he stretched he truth some more and said he had to pick up new part in Clarksville on Saturday and would be there on Sunday AM
Finally I was over his crap and said you will be there at 7am Sunday you will see how much I can hurt your business
Earlier in week I left messages at the office for them, NEVER even a call back
I would not recommend this company to my worst ememy! If he don't show for his next appointment on time I will change this to a formal complaint
