I originally had my vehicle towed to their "shop" for my head gasket to be replace located at 11715 Veterans Memorial Houston TX 77067 on 01/17/2013. After about two weeks without them returning any of my calls I went by the shop, no one was there and this was during business hours. I called and text and got no reply for several days, when they did return my call it was to tell me that, I also needed my oil pump replaced. I told them that was fine, they stated that they needed some money up front for the parts which I thought was a little strange because most Auto Shops do the work and once its completed they receive payment. One owner of the "shop" [redacted] came by and picked up $800 and gave me a receipt for that payment 1/26/13, which was a Saturday I was told then my car would be ready that Tuesday or Wednesday. Well after many calls not being returned I went back up to the shop nobody was there, come to find out they moved my vehicle to their other "shop" 11014 Eastex Fwy Houston TX, 77093, because they did not have what they needed to complete the job. My car was finally "completed on 02/20/13 I met both the brothers the owners of the shop [redacted] and [redacted] that night paid the remaining balance of $1000. I noticed that my driver mirror had been removed I brought that to [redacted] attention he said he was sorry and would order another one, he did not know what happened. When driving vehicle Friday morning 02/22/13 I heard a knocking sound coming from the engine then my car cut of, A friend of mines and a couple of guys helped me push it out of traffic. We lifted the hood and notice there was no oil. I called [redacted] he came and also notice it was no oil he had my vehicle towed to his shop located at Eastex, only to tell me that my engine had locked and he was sure why, but he check and I had 2 quarts of oil in my vehicle, and asked him why not 4 or 5 and he said he did not know.
