I am very disappointed of the service and degree of professionalism that I received from A & I Fire and Water restoration! Lied on the first date, stated they would be there at 8:Showed up at 11:AM after supposedly being stuck in traffic A job that should have taken 3-business days took A job that should cost to thousand, cost almost 16,and is still not complete Shoddy work ethic, shoddy work They were supposed to be a start to finish companyWill not let them restore my home Flood survivor, still no closer to getting back in my home [redacted] and [redacted] : SHAME ON YOU!

I had a fire in one room of my house in early October and contracted A&I to do the repair workThe repair work was finally finished at the end of June (months) laterI had a lock box put on the door so their was no reason that they couldn't access the houseEvery few weeks I would call to see what was taking so long and they would send workers for a few hours and then I would have to repeat the process all over againThe Insurance Adjuster and A&I did a walk through of all damage so payment was not an obstacleI could have had a whole house built in monthsI do have to admit that the workers did do a good job

1. Lied on the first date, stated they would be there at 8:00. Showed up at 11:30 AM after supposedly being stuck in traffic.

2. A job that should have taken 3-5 business days took 20.

3. A job that should cost 6 to 10 thousand, cost almost 16,000 and is still not complete.

4. Shoddy work ethic, shoddy work.

5. They were supposed to be a start to finish company. Will not let them restore my home.

6. Flood survivor, still no closer to getting back in my home.
