I had work done by A & I Health Solutions, LLC to clean and disinfect the attic for mold that was found by an inspector. This contract was signed bymy setson which I authorized. The date that the work was done was August 6, 2011 Me and my wife arrived at the house when they crew from the company was finishing up. The owner of the company arrived and my wife made out a check for $1,280.00 for the job. Theowner and his employee left. My wife and myself were doing other work around the house when my wife noticed plaster on the floor in the master bedroom. She look up and seen that the ceiling was damaged. She got a hold of me and I looked at the ceiling , I at this time called [redacted] which is the owner name and reported the damage.He told me at that time that he would get a hold of a drywall contractor to do the repairs. I said ok. The work that was done is in our house in[redacted]. We are trying to sell the house.My wife and myself left the house and retuerned to our house in [redacted]. On August 20 we returned to the house and checked with our son to find out if [redacted] ever got a hold of him for the repair. He said no. [redacted] did have the phone number of our son so there was no excuse. In the mean time I went up stairs to use the restroom when I noticed that the filter vent was pushed down on one side. We did not notice this damage on August 6 but at that time I checked the other vents in the other bedrrom and bathroom and they were ok. I wrote him a letter on Aug 28, On Sept 18 I e-mail him a letter. On Aug I sent him a certified letter which he would not except I got this certified letter back on Nov 19, 2011 The post office tried 3 time to deliver the certified but no response. I have had the work done by a handyperson from an ad in the newpaper. I paid the person cash $180.00 to do the repairs. At present [redacted] has not responded to any letters or phone calls. I feel that he is not going to pay for this damage that his employees did. This house is empty and has been empty over a year.
