 This HVAC system was installed and was to be covered by insurance and was not turned into insurance until months later. We were informed by our insurance company that the unit that was showed to the adjuster could not have been our unit. After months of attempting to have insurance pay for our unit we paid in full. The owner was told that we didn't want our unit to be installed until we knew insurance would pay for the unit. However the company told us "not to worry they were sure they could get the insurance company to pay for the new unit because our unit was hit by lightning" the next day the company was there to install the unit against our wishes.  Now that we are having issues A & I is refusing to come help us and is now hanging up on us. They never returned our phone called for help when our house was 89 degrees. We have to pay a babysitter and dog sitter to keep our dogs and or child while our house was not livable. Then A & I told us that they were voiding our warranty. After contacting the warranty company we were told that A & I could not void our warranty. We have tried multiple times to have A & I resolve this issue however they are now hanging up on us and will not take our phone calls. Also they have not replaced any  parts on our system that was not under warranty. They never gave us receipts for any services provided. We have never been able to reach anyone other than an answering machine. And they do not return phone calls of customers.

This HVAC system was installed 5/21/12. We had to hire a lawyer
to receive our payment which was 2/26/14. We have run service
on this system several time this year, yes we did replace her
stat that was bad. There was a charge for the stat because stat
is...

an accessory not covered under warranty of equipment. Our company like all HVAC companys at this time of year with the heat is covered up. Mrs [redacted] is not willing to wait for service and keeps telling us she is calling a lawyer. So we have informed Mrs [redacted] she is welcome to call another company, which by reading her complaint she has. The system has worked well for 3 years so we feel it could not have been installed wrong.
