A & I Roofing

Review: A & I roofing installed a steel roof on my house last October. They left in the middle of the project to go do another job which resulted in my wood floor inside my house getting water damaged because they did not cover my house properly before they left. They also left a hole in my deck over top my dining room which resulted in more water damage. I notified Israel Norcom of it and he did nothing. It ended up costing me several hundred dollars to fix it. My sewer stack is also leaking and causing water damage to my attached roof and second story ceiling. A & I installed the boot around the stack that is leaking. I have to fix these leaks and now treat for termites and ants due to the wet wood through out my home.Desired Settlement: Its $350 for the water damage, $300 for an exterminator and $300 in labor. I would consider $900 payment to me, [redacted] to be fair.

that is owed. He has no intention and had no intention to pay A & I Roofing from the start.

I Noticed Immediately On 2/13/2013 That The Shingles Did Not Lay Flat And Discussed My Concerns With [redacted] And Israel Norcom. I Was Told Once The Outside Temperatures Rose The Shingles Would Seal. From 2/13/2013 To 9/3/2013 I Have Had Various Conversations With Israel, [redacted], And [redacted] Regarding My Bad Roof Installation, Water In The Basement From Their Oversight To Install Flashing Over The Roofline, Flat Tires Due To Improper Clean Up And Cracks In My Concrete Driveway That Happened As A Result Of The Shingles Being Delivered On A Flatbed 18 Wheeler. I Am Now Praying That The Revdex.com Can Assist My Husband And I In Resolving This Matter. This situation is being resolved between A & I Roofing, [redacted]. [redacted] and the home owner. We are waiting for [redacted] Shingle Corp. to give A & I Roofing the go ahead on a Re-Roof due to the home owner having a defective shingle due to the sealant not sealing.

The driveway damage was done by [redacted] in [redacted] who delivered the shingles and broke the driveway in several areas. They have told the home owner they are not responsible for the damage and that A & I Roofing should pay for their truck damaging the driveway. The home owner and[redacted] will work this issue out. when we hear from [redacted] Corp. which is expediting the process, we will replace the home owners roof at no cost.

A & I Roofing is working very hard to resolve the issue of [redacted]'s driveway being damaged when shingles were delivered by [redacted].

We are also working on a complete solution for her roof that was apparently installed improperly, according to [redacted] Corporation which denied a roof replacement due to roof not sealing properly.

A & I Roofing has submitted an Insurance Claim for both of the above issues. We hope to have a practical solution for repair or replacement for your driveway and roof.
