Renewal by Anderson repeatedly emails and snail mails solicitation materials - despite having been requested to cease doing so

My 3-year old window has a gash in itThe glass comes with a 20-year guaranteeThe company is not honoring the warrantyThey kept saying that because the window didn't break during installation they don't have to fix itThey offered me a "discounted" replacement price which was the exact same amount as the initial quoteAnderson windows are supposed to be the best quality and I'm disappointed they are not standing behind their productThere warranty states: Insulating glass is warranted not to develop, under use and conditions, any material obstruction of vision resulting from manufacturing defects or as a result of premature failure of the glass or organic seal." How is the glass breaking not "premature failure" of the glass?

I live in Tucson, but I assume this is the right place to submit a reviewAnyway, this morning Robby and Earl installed two windows and they did a great jobThe windows look great, the guys made a minimal mess, which they cleaned up, and they did it all very quicklyThis is the second set of windows we've had Andersen do and both the old ones and these new ones really add to the house's appeal

I just had new windows and a patio door installed by Renewal by Anderson of Tucson Dreamstyle Remodeling The two crews completed the job in just three days The install teams of Robby, Earl, Ryan, Jose and Sean were incredible They were professional, social, cooperative and easy to work with It is hard to find good customer service these days....these five men could write the book on it....have never had better
