It was obvious that *** was not either paying any attention to what was being explained to her or it simply it didn’t registerI *** the mechanic
that worked on her *** had fully explain to her all possible causesOne main thing kept coming up with after three hrsor more of research was DTC (diagnostic trouble codes) pcodes is caused mainly due to lack of proper oil levels/ or going more than miles between oil changesI even went as far as calling *** to speak to one of they’re master tech’s and he also said that a lot of times those codes come up do to low oil/ or being way over due for oil change and for me to start there firstWhen I checked her oil level it did not register any amount of oil on the dipstickWe called her to inform her of the situation and explained to *** being that u have already changed the valve timing control solenoid valve and the camshaft positioning sensorI probed the sensors to make sure they were working properly, *** explained to her that we will perform a engine flush (cleaning), synthetic oil change and filter (which is recommended), after I cleared the DTC codesI had to perform an emissions readiness test to be sure the DTC’s do not come on againOnce the monitors became ready after miles of driving I drove more to be sure the check engine light did not come back onAlthough she did state that on three occasions the check engine light will go on after she puts gas at the *** station so I told her to change her gas she says she has been using the same gas station for years and getting the same $oil changed for years aswell, so intern *** says well you have been using the wrong oil for years as to why the car keeps getting the check engine lightshe has a little over I also told her its time to change the timing chain, she says its never been doneAs all this is going on she was out of control with the attitude, the yelling, screaming, even mentioning anything about her oil she would flare up even more stating its not the oil all we kept trying to tell her was that we understood you just got an oil change but when we checked it there wasn’t any in itIt’s possible that the tech that had changed your oil may have forgotten to put some in, it happens and that you have been driving it like that for a long timeI also told her I was shocked that the car was driving and driving okCould not even tel that the car didn’t have oilI *** owner of A-II Radiator have been in business for over and have not ever had any complaints that I am aware of, it should show in your recordsI sincerely appologize for the inconvenience

these people are total LIARS never once did *** nor *** call me about my car NEVER and I can prove it by attaching my sprint communication sheet *** old me he has to order pats they will e on on Tuesday to drop off m car 8am which I I did *** took to my work place and never once called thru out the day nor *** nor anyone else I called them around that was first time since I dropped off my car have I spoken to anyone there that was because I called *** and ask was my car was ready that only time I spoke anyone I asked him how much was total assuming he put dealer parts that he claimed he ordered, he said see you when you get here I said I need ride, *** came pick me up at and then and only then did he tell me he only changes oil that my oil was dirty I said what to part *** ordered he said I had to speak to him,*** is a liar he nor anyone ever called me during the day at anytime I can prove it, I got to Aand they tried to run a line of bull on me when I asked for the 3rd time about the parts he claimed to order that was suspose to cost $ give or take he tried to fast talk me I let him have it , then and only then did he get on phone with *** if *** and order part, they delivered parts within mns I was right there when he handed *** the part I told and showed *** paperwork from same dealer where I had that part replaced, he then told me he made bad call on my car and no need to replace same part, I had miles left to go before next oil change these guys are is and they thought they were dealing with a dump lady, if my car had no oil for mos it would of caught fire or smoked or something how dare he say I been putting in wrong oil for years what a stupid thing to say Ashould be shame of themselves lying like thatthey never ever ever called me, they should be shut down and given drug testing, *** told me he only been working there for few months and there are no other mechanics working there but him, perhaps Aneeds seasons mechanics to work on high end cars who know what then heck they are talking aboutim going to file a complaint with the DMV if I don't get a resolution im not going to let them get away this foolishment.

Review: GM on sat 8/16/14, I brought my car to A11 radiator because my check engine light was on left car with [redacted] for about Hour and half he stated I need valve and camshaft sensor siad he order parts form [redacted] in [redacted], CT which will cost $347 for parts and total of $550.00 with lab0r, part will come from dealer on Tues he gave me an appt for 8am. I called [redacted] on Monday 8/18 to confirm parts are coming on Tues and that I will need ride to work. [redacted] confirmed. Tues I arrive 8:15 am kid name [redacted] drop me off @ work, around 3 pm I called check on car per [redacted] car all set come get it , told him I need ride, same kid comes pick me up name [redacted] he tells me he worked on m car and all I need was an oil change I it the ceiling cause I go my oil changed @ [redacted] (as I have for many many years) on 5-23-14 17790 miles and when I drp car off to Aii on 8/16 miles weas 179888 I drive less then mile to work daily I had approx 1000 miles to go before next oil change, he said Ms your oil was dirty etc and check engine light is off,I got to shop and got into big argument with [redacted] I asked him where was parts he ordered etc, he said over and over that for years I been putting wrong oil in car he was yelling so was I, I demand my money back told him I didnt come her for oil change nor would I ever and I asked again about parts ordered and demanded my money back oil change was $139.00 I never paid more than $30.00 ever, next day on way to work check engine light came back on, I drove right to AII very upset yelled at [redacted] told him oil was not the problem etc, he told me well what you want me to do, I lost control screaming and yelling he called [redacted] ordered a parts then delivered it, that young kid [redacted] wanted to install it I showed him paper work from same dealer that that part was already changed, he called dealer and the verify correct part installed, I told [redacted] give my money back car not fixed he told me leave his shop, then he got in a white truck and left, never returnedDesired Settlement: request full refund, Jef admitted he made bad call on my car but [redacted] owner told me get lost basically.

I even went as far as calling [redacted] to speak to one of they’re master tech’s and he also said that a lot of times those codes come up do to low oil/ or being way over due for oil change and for me to start there first. I [redacted] owner of A-II Radiator have been in business for over 35 and have not ever had any complaints that I am aware of, it should show in your records.
