offer I reviewed appear below.Good day Mrs***, thank you for your assistanceI would like to start from the beginning and tell you exactly what happened Aziza has been doing things out of order from day one Aziza was recommended to me by a friend of one my friends when I contacted her I informed her of what I was looking to get done for my daughter and I she first did my daughters hair and again she doesn't know anything about time management because when my daughter and I arrived ON TIME AS WE HAVE ALWAYS DONE she was still doing the clients hair before my daughter she took so long that my daughter and I left and went and purchased lunch from [redacted] when we arrived back Aziza was still doing her clients hair we waited about an hour for her to complete the clients hair before she started on my daughters hair and I asked her how long it would take and she told my daughter and I that it would take about six hours to complete her hair because my concern was that I had to be at work that evening at p.mAziza started my daughters hair around noon and didn't get finished until after midnight and I asked her before she was done about how much longer and she told me about another hour I was starting to get frustrated because she told my daughter and I about six hours it took her over hours to complete my daughters her hair I was so frustrated I went and sat in my car and ended up falling asleep to wake up and find that she still was not done I didn't arrive at work until after midnight so once again Aziza does things out of order because she stated that her policy is to consult with each and every client that comes to her before she does anything with their hair and also requires a deposit for the appointment which in neither case of my daughter and I did she do I was very hesitant to use her again but I did because she was the only stylist that I knew of that could do my hair before my family went on vacation when I contacted her about my hair I told her what I wanted to get done after I informed her I knew nothing about the different types of hair and didn't know what to purchase in return she offered to pick the hair and have it for me when I arrived to my appointment that didn't happen when I arrived for my appointment once again she was not prepared she had a client already in the chair during the specified time of my appointment she never one called or texted me to say I wasn't able to get your hair or give any other options she sent me to a hair store about minutes away to purchase the hair keep in mind that she called the store to ask if they had and that is what I purchased so she lied to you about me purchasing the wrong her so I purchased the hair and come back to find that she is still doing the clients hair before me my daughter and I waited again for a little over an hour then she started my hair took her about hours to complete my hair when she was done we left I took my hair down from the style Aziza had done three days later it started to all come out before she even started my hair I asked her how long will this style last she told me about months in three days quite a bit has already come undone I texted her and let her know what has happened and she told me that she could get me in the next day at or so I texted her to confirm the time that she would be fixing my hair and again she has someone already in her chair so she said she would text me back in the next hour to let me know what time to come in and hour goes by and another goes by no update from Aziza so I called her and she told me she wasn't able to get to me today because that she was running late with the client before me again time after time she doesn't know how to manage her time I let her know that I was not happy about having to walk around with my hair in the mess it was in because she couldn't figure out her schedule eventually she figured out that she could get me in days later at a.magain she was minutes late for that appointment and my initial appointment she was an hour late so I left because at this point I was outdone at how she conducts her business I went home and took my hair down completely un satisfied with her please keep in mind that I've spent over $dollars between my daughters hair and my hair so when she lies and say she offered to replace the hair for free had I chosen to go forward and let her I know I would have taken her up on that offer because I spent a great deal of money with this person but that offer never came from her I really wish I could get a statement from the gentleman who owns the hair store I purchased the hair from he can clearly state that I was in that store several times in regards to Aziza because when she was late for my appointment and I left I went back to the store and asked the owner if I could get a refund he said no but I could get a store credit so much out of order has come from Aziza I just want my money back from her she did a horrible job on my Review: I ordered product from [redacted] on December 11, 2014, at which time I received an email stating that product was on backorder and will ship in 7-14 business days. I emailed [redacted] again on December 29 2014 to inform her that I wanted a refund because she told me that the product would ship within 7 to 14 business days, she responded that the product already ship. After I emailed her again telling her how disappointed I was in her professionalism towards getting the products out in a timely fashion she never responded to any further emails from me. I finally received a order partially shipped on January 10, 2014. which also included with someone elses's order from the same household. Today is January 23, 2014 and [redacted] has not responded to any emails concerning refunding the money she owes me for 3 jars of her Tropical Soufflé Hair & Body Crème which she makes under the business name Paradise Natural. To date she still owes me a total amount of $60.00. Very unhappy with her professionalism regarding a long time customer.
