We have used A&J applicances on several occasions and they have been excellent They respond quickly and their charges are reasonable They can fix or service virtually all applicances including refrigerators, washer/dryers, dishwashers, etc

Called on Monday to have my LG washer repaired and set up a time between 1pm and 5pm for the service man to arriveI waited all afternoon and they were a no show, I then rescheduled for Wednesday between 8am and noon again a no showI called and explained no one showed again and that I've wasted two day waiting for a serviceman, the guy on the phone told me to get someone else to do the repair and then rudely hung up on me

Called and they had a tech out in about minutes, who diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and picked it up and installed it the next day Professional and courteousI will definitely call them again if I need their services in the future, and recommend them to anyoneI have no affiliation with, nor did I know anyone from this company

I have experienced a very positive interaction with A & J Appliance repair. A few days from the Christmas holidays, I had to have a burner on our electric stove/oven repaired. After searching the local business magazines, I decided to call A&J because they were family run and have been in business for a while. The technician came as promised, diagnosed the problem in short time. The repairs were completed but what I admired was the helpfulness of the technician. I asked if he could wait and push back the stove after I sweep the dirt from behind the stove. I'm suffering from the effects of a stroke and he volunteered to sweep the dirt and push the stove back in position. This I consider great service. This was far different from what I experienced with another service company the week before. if this is how they conduct business normally, they will be around for years to come.

Many thanks to [redacted] from A & J......he did some troubleshooting over the phone regarding our refrigeration problem, to try and save us a service call ! When that didn't resolve the problem, he came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, had the part "stocked" in his truck, and made the repair efficiently!

We needed refrigerator service. The service man was at our door in 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem & had it fixed & cleaned up in 30 minutes. What else could you ask for.
