I cannot recommend Simmons Roofing highly enough! We started working with them about 1 1/2 years ago when I called them to fix a leak in our roof. No one had wanted to work on our roof because it was 100+ year old metal shingles. Two other companies had tried to fix the leak but were unsuccessful. Simmons Roofing found the actual cause and fixed it the first time. We had planned to eventually replace the entire roof and promised to call them when we were ready. They recently did replace it, and we couldn't be happier. They were very thorough, found some undetected issues on our balcony and repaired those problems, and did an overall fantastic job. They were quiet, polite and always cleaned up their mess. In fact, they went above and beyond what was expected. I got a text or call every evening, letting me know when they would arrive the next day and clear communication when it rained so that we knew when they would be back. This company is exceptional!
