Did not respond to the several phone calls and e mail regarding the warranty issue. Spoke to person ( [redacted]) once and she promised to get back to me
Aj Construction installed the new roof last November- december,time frame in XXXX XXXX, at our home.( [redacted] XXXXX)There is a 5 year or more warranty on the roof from any water leakage due to the rain, snow or any other natural causes.
We called the company at both [redacted] and Osceola locations and sent the e mail regarding the following problem.( called November and December of this year)
We have a small leak in the laundry room due to the rain. This happened three times during this year(2013).
I spoke to the lady, believe her name is[redacted], in November of this year regarding this problem and she promised me to get back to us soon. Se then we have called both Indianapolis and Osceola locations without any luck
