I did go by and look at this job after completion My schedule is very fluid, and I wear many hats This was a very minor patch job of a few miscareas The client was happy with the front porch area and displeased with two other areas During our phone call, she stated that she was unhappy with the color of the patch So I went out to look at it when I had a chance, and found the repair itself to be fine The color was different from the existing concrete, but that is to be expected with any cementitious product I could apply a stain to help the color, but it still will never be a match I have done my due diligence on this request, especially since I told the customer my minimum for small patch jobs like this is typically $ She said she couldn't afford that, so I reduced the price to help her out I'm willing to swing by there again when I'm in the area to address the color issue In hindsight, I should have just passed on the job because I feel her expectations do not line up with what she was willing to spend

The customer will be contacted about repairing the small section at the bottom of the steps
