In order to get the registration customer should provide us with the old title from the car that he was traded in.Customer took weeks to bring the tile in.Customer was called and informed that the registration is inCustomer very happy and he is coming this afternoon to pick it up.Customer was ad

The service department is fixing the defects became the vehicle still under warrant but I can't say that I am happy because my ask was to get a new vehicle at no trade in penalties or refund and sales who sold me a defective car is no tryingTo do
My ask was to exchange or reverse contract so I can feel confident I got something that I reliable and not a car that I would have to be at service every week

The customer and used cars finance manager could not agree to the price ,customer did not purchased a car from us.Customer has his copy

The business lied. The never contacted me to come in.   However I went in on my own after receiving confirmation from Revdex.com that they business claims to refund me if I showed up. I spoke to the manager at new sales department and he said he can't help me. Have a nice day and that I need to speak to my manager from use car dept. but  he on vacation and can't be reach. The same manager who hang up on me twice before speaking to me.

This is not reasonable. The salesman GAVE us the papers, this business is run by ignorant people who are not able to do anything who ran a credit check under false reasons because they gave us a false price for a automobile and ran our credit check and then decided that because it was the salesman's "mistake" that they weren't going to honor the ignoramus salesman's mistake. I will wait til they return papers that were for a false credit check and an apology

There was a typo in the papar involving 2 vehicles both Highlanders. They explained to the customer they can sell the vehicles for $17,000.Customer turned down the deal,did not want the car anymore.A refund has been done for the amount of $300 .

THE CUSTOMER WAS REFUNDED HIS 200.00 DOLLARS 0N 9/**/2016. IT WAS APPLIED TO HIS VISA CARD ENDING IN [redacted].

The check #[redacted] for the amount of $290.44 has been issued and send on Dec [redacted] 2016 to the customer.

the situation was resolved when the customer went down to the service department. he met with Matt, the service manager.. he replaced two tires with new ones. also did some minor adjustments to vehivcle.the customer left extremely happy.
