Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have received no calls or voicemails or missed calls to try and resolve the issue I have already personally fixed the problems, so there is nothing to be repaired anymore I could not wait months for this to be fixed and have the lawn / walkway ruined

the home owner called around beginning of February and I had talked to the husband who told me they used salt on the patio this winterthere is nothing we can do if this happens besides tear it out an put in a new padwhich would not be covered under any warrantySalt of any sort even if it says concrete safe will pop the top of concrete

We installed full zones and had to replace their 1old valve to tie into the new onesI told the home owner we would tie in to his old zone for one planter bed and replaced heads that need replacing which would be a total of zonesThe homeowner called me to come out because he wanted his
trenches compacted so we did thatThe home owner did not have the total funds to pay for the sprinkler system so they asked if they could do payments, I agreed to do that withhalf downWhen the homeowners received the first bill for payments on the remaining They did not want to pay however since I have not had any problems getting payment each month.We have done everything we had agreed apon and went out to their house everytime they asked.*** *** *** *** *** *** ***

I was out of the country for the last monthSorry I han no phone serviceI tried to call last week to get something scheduled to meet and get these problems fixed still haven't heard from themI didn't have any missed calls or voicemail to my knowledge of them calling.I would like to get this
resolved asap

I am rejecting this response because: I have received no calls or voicemails or missed calls to try and resolve the issue.  I have already personally fixed the problems, so there is nothing to be repaired anymore.  I could not wait months for this to be fixed and have the lawn / walkway ruined.

We stopped by and looked at the job. Most of those cracks were caused by the ground settling from the sprinklers which is not normally covered because we don't have control of setting due to trenching, however we were going to fix the cracks and we have this home owner on our schedule for 9-14-2015...

we are booked over a month out and I call home owners a week prior. We remove cracked pieces and replace, color of concrete doesn't always match as it depends on where the sand comes from. But I do have them scheduled.
