To whom it may correspond: Costumer's complaint: incorrect statements A verbal estimate was given to [redacted] on April 7th for a clean up at a cost of $due to current conditions of landscape$was quoted for service witch included mow, edge, trim, fertilize, and blow clippings [redacted] requested a quote to take care of weeds on the lawn and add winter rye on fall; I quoted $a moth to add the other servicesHe explained that it was a little bit to much for him and I went homeApproximately the same day around 9:at night he call me requesting a lower rateWe agreed on a monthly cost of $a moth for the above services explained, plus a one time clean up feeAt no moment we agreed on any other services other that the above On April 13th I sent a text to [redacted] advising him that service and clean up was going to be starter April 14, Prior to this date we did not have any other communication about the services, so no changes were made to service agreement I started service for [redacted] on April 14, and Clean up was startedDue to amount of work clean up was not completed, and when [redacted] asked why? I explained that time was running out to finish other houses Time passed and on may 20th he asked me if I had sprayed nut grass, since I was working on bringing lawn back to normal, I had not done soAt this time it was ok to do that so I said I will do that next week He then said that he had payment for the services provided and I offered going to his house to pick it upWe sprayed lawn the week after and I believe one more time, one or two weeks after that June 1st I went to ***'s House to pick up moneyPrior to this visit the back lawn was skipped one time because [redacted] has dogs and on date that I don't remember the dogs ran towards crew memberCrew member explained that it was not on a friendly manner and that he felt attacked and used equipment to protect himself, and run to the front yardOn June 1st when I went to pick up money to his house, I remember telling [redacted] and his Wife that they needed to have dogs locked or inside the house the day of service because dogs run towards crew member chasing him, to what they said, dogs are friendly and they will not do anything to you or your guys, so I said ok that I would advise crew July 8th [redacted] sent me a text with picture asking why the lawn looked like thatlawn had a lot of dead spotsI explained that lawn was like that because we sprayed nut grass, but that it would recover with timeHe replied OK thank you From there on I never received any text messages a usual way of communication between us, or any calls or voice mails August 17, [redacted] texted me explaining that he would no longer need my servicesto that I asked him what was the reason? he said, lawn has too many weeds, nut grass and that "my sprinkler never get fixed" your gardeners always skip my back yard and say I am not home when we areBasically I am going with someone else I replied to him I wasn't aware of the situationHe said that for the amount of money he was paying the lawn wasn't supposed to look like thatImmediately I offered him to take care of the weed problem and check sprinklers so he didn't discontinue servicehe sent pictures showing the lawn brown areas and some weedsPictures sent show shaded areas, and possible lack of water, since he has Bermuda grass I told him this could be the cause to the brown spots(shade) and since we didn't agree for us to repair sprinklers I offered him to check them and give him a quote to do repairsHe did not like thatAfter that again I offered to check those problems on Friday August 19thto what he replied that he preferred to go with someone elseI still asked him to give me another chance since I was positive that I was able to fix the problem, but he said noI told him I was going to notify crew and send him his last bill He asked me what was his balance to what I replied $that was $for June, $for July, and $for August partial serviceI do not know where he gets $for services and disputed amount of $from He wanted me to cut that $on half because weeds were not sprayed, I told him that I could spray weeds so he paid me the full amount and again he said no he will be going with another companyI said then just send me what you owe me since you are declining the services from us, or to take $off the bill since it shouldn't be more than that for somebody else to do the sprayI explained that the dogs had ran behind different crew members a couple of times and that they felt attacked that they didn't want to go to back yard with the dogs there, I never told him what dates where those because I dint know those dates either and I also never told him the dogs attacked me as he explains on his statementsHe called me and he was with his wife at the time, both were on the speaker of their phone screaming at me at the same time, It was hard to speak with themThe call lasted 1-min and out of nowhere everything went silent, I assumed they hanged upI never screamed at them as he states and never called him after business hours At this point this was getting frustrating and I told him he had days to pay me or I would have to find legal ways to get paid He said that I breached the contract that he was going to have other companies fix his lawn and send the bill to my bonding company and file complain against my license to be cancelledApparently he is trying to do some damage to me by making up things and changing them from the way it was He never requested my Insurance as he explains on his statement, also only two to three times we missed to do back yard but we knocked on the door to have them put dogs in and nobody came out September 1st so I got a letter from The California Contractors Board where he filed a complaint against my licenseThe letter does not explains what type of violation he is filing forAfter that I called [redacted] three times with out answer, every time during business hoursOn September 6th I sent him a text explaining that I got that letter and that I was willing to settle with him asking him to please give me call [redacted] replied by text that letter states complaint when it doesn't and that all he is asking is for repairs to bring his lawn to a green state and free of weedsHe said that he doesn't want my company to do those repairs, that he is going to have estimates from another company todo the repairs and my company can pay the billI told him all his lawn needs is good watering, fertilizer and weed controlOne more time I asked him to let me do the repairs covered under our agreement, spray the weeds and fertilizer(plus check the sprinklers)I got no answer to that request made On the same day I had to see another client on the same area where [redacted] lives and while passing by his house I saw another gardener there mowing the lawn and it seamed that the front weeds had been sprayedI stopped and knocked on ***'s doorbellHe came out and asked what did I wanted? I told him all I wanted was to get to an agreement that since he had another gardener already and he didn't want me to kill the weeds and fertilize the lawn that maybe he could ask that gardener to do itI told him that to get settled faster I could pay for those servicesThat there was no agreement to fix sprinklers on our agreement and that he new that, to what he showed facial agreementHe said that he wanted to get quotes from two different companies to do the repairs, I asked him, What repairs if the lawn can recover if you fix sprinklers, kill the weeds and fertilize the lawn, and he said I don't know what repairs, I am not a gardeners to see what it is needed, maybe it will need seed or I don't knowI Requested him to let me take a look at the back yard to see what the damages where there and he opposed to that, so told him that I agreed to give him $out of the $he owes me to settle up, he said no againI saw that he wasn't willing to close the case so I told him there was nothing else I could doHe said he would get two quotes from different lawn care companies an would forward them to me to pay for itI replied to him that since he declined me access to see the damages to the back yard I was going to be blind about what other companies would base their estimateshe offered to send me pictures the same day from the back yard for me to seeWe agreed for him to send me pictures and get estimates for the repairs and send them to me to review them before any repairs were doneabout min from leaving his house he texted me: "as per our conversation I will obtain two separate quotes from different lawn care companies that forward you the estimates so that you can pay for damages done to my property" to what I replied, please get three and send them to me before you do any repairs for approvalestimates must had written itemized costs, cause, and solution for repairs requested Yesterday September 15, I was on the area where he lives and drove by his streetLawn looked like it had not been mowed for a while, it looks like he has put more water and some of brown areas from pictures sent to me before looked like they have recovered Today is September and up to date I have not yet received pictures from his back yard, or estimates from other companies At this point I have attempted numerous time to resolve the problem and he has not cooperated I don't know what his plan is or what will happen I see the situation like he just wants to damage my reputation and my company by the statements he is making, but I have proof that many of them are incorrect I am willing to give up what he owes me if he settlesThat is if he removes statements from complaints to Revdex.com, California Contractors board, and any other reviews against my company he provably madeAs a business owner Reputation is very important for me and my company and it is very sad that people try to damage something I have worked so hard for Thank You [redacted]

A verbal estimate was given to [redacted] on April 7th 2016 for a clean up at a cost of $250 due to current conditions of landscape. $120 was quoted for normal service witch included mow, edge, trim, fertilize, and blow clippings....

[redacted] requested a quote to take care of weeds on the lawn and add winter rye on fall; I quoted $165 a moth to add the other services. He explained that it was a little bit to much for him and I went home. Approximately the same day around 9:30 at night he call me requesting a lower rate. We agreed on a monthly cost of $140 a moth for the above services explained, plus a one time clean up fee. At no moment we agreed on any other services other that the above.
On April 13th 2016 I sent a text to [redacted] advising him that service and clean up was going to be starter April 14, 2016.

I said then just send me what you owe me since you are declining the services from us, or to take $50 off the bill since it shouldn't be more than that for somebody else to do the spray.
