Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I do not feel you have adequately addressed my concerns. I'm concerned with your business customer services practices and the fact that the key to my car was left under a gas can outside your location. Your lack of concern over this and other matters presented in the complaint goes to show how you run your business. I filed the complaint to make sure other folks who may choose to use your services in the future are aware of my experience. You complete lack of regard for my personal items, the service you provided, and your terrible attempt at an apology are something the public should be made aware of. There are several ways you could have resolved this complaint rather than stating there is absolutely nothing you can do. You could have genuinely apologized and stated that you would attempt to look for the mirror. Or even prior to all of this, when I dropped of my car you could have called me and said, "I'm really sorry but we can do the work we promised you because you left personal items in your vehicle. You are welcome to come get those items out prior to us starting the detail work or we can reschedule your appointment." But no, because you were in such a hurry to get rid of me and get the money for the service, you went about your day and took stuff out of my vehicle instead of ensuring good, quality customer service. Secondary to that, I will point out again that you told me twice that my car would not be ready until 3pm. I showed up at your business at 2:45pm - and there was NO ONE there. I had to call you, wait for you to call me back to find out that my key was just hanging out outside. When you called me back, you had said that your detailer probably left to get something to eat as "sometimes he does that." You didn't have the courtesy to call me to let me know my car was done earlier than expected, you just left. It's terrible customer service.

Well sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at our business I'm apologetic that you did not read your *** to see that are *** is only valid for our shop service yes we are a mobile business but we do not offer mobile services for a *** that's States it in the fine print again we
tell everybody to remove their items from their vehicle which obviously you did not in order to detail your vehicle properly sorry that your vehicle was in such rough condition that we could not complete a proper detail and order to clean your car to Perfection like we wish we could have we're not held liable for any items missing out of the vehicle as we tell customers to remove all of their items so we don't have this very same situation that we are in the middle of right now A&J detailers is not a fraudulent company we offer mobile services and services at are permitted shop location so in order to resolve your issue there's nothing I can further do so have a great day

we spoke with her in the past and she told us she didnt want anything from us. She has es cascade this situation and has already done rep-ital damage. There fore we have no refund to offer her nor do we even consider the matter to be valid complaint we never told her our hours of operation she left...

her car and keys in a drop box with the hours posted on the door. the fact that we mixed up her floor mats with a customers was a simple mistake she got her mats back and has done nothing but continue to feel we owe her money and  we did a great job on her car detail she said that herself so we will move on take care SHE GOT HER MATS SO TAKE CARE
