In response to the complaint we did agree to go out to the house to correct the situation and told [redacted] I would call her before going thereThat afternoon I tried calling and got no response so there for we did not goI would gladly have gone on Monday to correct the problem but obviously she did ? not give me any time to do soI was not going to travel out there to find out she was not home.?
