This company was at a home 3 times to repair a small leak in a short section of gas pipe, It took [redacted] Gas 3 trips to approve any repairs we were without heat and hot water most of the week, each time we were told the repair was complete and 2 of the 3 times it was untrue they started blaming [redacted] Gas for the problem only finding later that they simply did not do a correct presure test, at times asking for a bike pump to do the test, the worse part was after trusted them and paid the company the 1st time they attempted to charge us again, I can only assume that this company feels that our time and dis-comfort has no value.
