We contracted with AJ plumbing to replace our water heater. While he was bringing in the new water heater into my home he damaged door trim going into our master bedroom. He also did not hook up the hot water heater correctly and my husband had to come home from work early to hook it up properly. When we called them to inform them that it was not hooked up correctly [redacted] became very agitated. He called me every name in the book, cussing and using the "F" word on multiple occasions. He called a spoiled little "[redacted]" and used very derogatory expressions during the conversation. He also said we were lying and that we just didn't have the money to pay him and that was why we were making such a fuss. All I wanted to know was how much compensation he was going to give us for damaging our door trim and for the fact that my husband lost a 1/2 days wages to come home and wire the water heater correctly. He then said we were just lazy pieces of [redacted] and that we didn't want to work. This conversation went on for 20 minutes. We did agree on a price that was $100 less than the original charge. I do feel I needed to make this complaint because of the way he was demeaning and how unprofessional he was in his responses to us.
