One of our owners personally spoke with the client to address the issue on Monday, December 19th, ? ? Sincerely,? [redacted] ***General Manager
When we spoke to the client, [redacted] , on 12/19/we agreed to make the necessary changes to the gutters to fix the issue that she was having? We plan on doing this by installing bigger inch gutters given the style of the roof on her home? We feel that this change will prevent this problem in the future? Ms [redacted] agreed to the proposed work and also stated that she would be willing to withdraw her complaint with the Revdex.com? We anticipate (weather permitting) that the work will be finished by the 6th of January and agree to keep Ms [redacted] updated on any changes to this estimated completion date? ? Sincerely,?
