Well this complaint has many things that went wrong and has bad decisions made by the dealership themselves. I start off by looking at a truck that seemed okay because I did what no one should do which is not walk around the vehicle and didn’t truly look it over till I cleaned the inside and conditioned the seats, at which I noticed how badly the vehicle was truly treated by the previous owner. It had would creak when going over bumps (outside suspension), the front suspension was loose feeling when going over bumps – possibly bad or worn shocks, the vehicle claimed to have not been in any accidents but had front end body damage to the front quarter panel that was crunched in and rusted, the seats were very worn out, there were a lot of cosmetic issues on the vehicle. Now that isn’t really the complaint because it was a used vehicle however I am very particular to how my vehicles look inside and out and those are the reasons for returning the vehicle within their return policy time frame. Now to the complaint… my biggest pet peeve was when I was trying to make the decision to buy I was getting some push which is normal and I was okay with that but what I really hate and what made me mad was I had two people tell me that the oil changes were only $9.99 or just a little more and with that alone it would save me money because that is cheaper than what I was paying for my current changes, keep in mind this is a Diesel pick up and they average $100 or more for oil changes. So I was like cool, then the next issue was my specialty plates. I told them up front before anything was agreed upon and before I said lets do this that I needed my specialty plates because first off I just paid in Feb on the 13th $98.50 for my Year’s registration and still hadn’t put the tag on the windshield cause I was in the market. Well when I call them back to let them know I was unable to come get the tags that next Saturday they said that was fine and I advised them when I could do that, they claimed they had already taken my plates off and had them but they didn’t, they lied. They were thrown away. They also state the reconditioned my truck when it didn’t need to be claiming to have spent $1000 on it and why do it if it is still within the 7 day money back guarantee and why change the tags and send off documentation to change vehicle ownership when within the 7 days, thus causing them to now replace my plates and cause me to get new specialty plates and having to pay for them out of my own pocket, they should have to pay for them when they PROMISED me they had them. Then the other complaint I have is my [redacted] I paid around $50 for that was thrown away, why, it was clean and a better filter. I want to be reimbursed for that. I was told that they would not be reimbursing me for anything because of everything they already did to my truck and they money they were out. Well that’s not my fault. I hated the truck and wanted mine back. My mom who was there too can give some insite on this if you need to speak to her. One issue that REALLY pissed me off was when I wanted to get my truck back. I had the keys because I was going to and told them I wanted to swap out radios which they were aware of so I had the keys in the truck with it running with a friend inside because it was warm outside and the salesman has the audacity to take the keys out while it is running with someone in it and hold them as ransom for me to stay. It took them 4-6 hours to get me my truck back, it should have taken no longer that an hour but it took them dragging their feet to get me my keys and truck back. It was literally like pulling teeth constantly asking them what is going on, when do I get my keys back, what happened to my plates you promised up to the end that you had, and then at the last moment, saying I have to sign documents now to switch everything back into my and my mom's name since.
