Review: I had the business install a home generator. I pre-purchased a three year service plan on the generator. The business provided the service just one time. I have emailed the company and made several calls to try to set up my annual service appointment. I have yet to hear back from the electrician. I have only spoken to the owner, Jeremy, once as his voice mailbox is full. I have tried from several phones to try to contact him. Yesterday, I had a neighbor stop at my home who also had a generator installed by the same company. He, too, cannot get in touch with them to honor service agreements that have been prepaid for. Thats when I decided to contact the Revdex.com. Additionally, the yellow indicator light is glowing on the generator identifying that it needs to be serviced.Desired Settlement: I want the annual service that I paid for completed both this year and next. If this company cannot do the work I paid them to do, then they should be required to pay for another business to complete the work.
