Dear, There is nothing incorrect, what our customer told you The only one thing she missed to tell, that I was suggesting to come over to her house and see myself all items, that damage, in order to get parts replaced by manufacturer Another issue, that as mu much as I like to fix all issue fast, it depend on manufacturer flexibility and that is can be long process because, just understand, that broken parts has to be taken from somewhere or ordered as special order After customer decide to get private person to fix the issue, we stop our processed of getting fixed We happy to suggest our help with full or partial cover cost of fixing those items Thank you, Lev P*** Furniture Store NYC###-###-####

The Furniture Store NYC has given me other ETA dates in February and March and in none of those dates did the order arriveI will wait until 4/** and 4/** for status updates on the orderAdditionally, I will wait for my refund difference and my invoiceUntil then, the case has not been resolved.Please note that in the attached file, the ad on the NYC Furniture Store website says "delivery time frame: special order 2-months", and since I made this order 10/**/16, it is now a month wait on this order, which is 2-3x longer than the promised delivery dateEven though NYC Furniture Store is the middle-man, they are the ones who charged my credit card and created the ad on their website, and NYC Furniture Stores must take responsibility if the order is lateFailure to do so is completely unacceptable.Finally, the Furniture Store NYC associates should not try to deter me when I report their malpractices to organizations like Revdex.com that are designed to protect the consumer’s interestsThis is not only unprofessional, but illegal as well.Frankly, I’m quite amazed that the Furniture Store NYC is still in business with its incompetent customer services, indifference to customer’s complaints, fraudulent claims and charges, and misleading advertisements

There is nothing to add,  we following what needs to be done, in order to get this items to customer.  We tired of customer accusing us of fraud, scam, etc,  we middle people , and provide to customer info as comes to us from Manufacturer, if ETA was changed, there is reasons, production of furniture , it not same as making Bagels.

I waited for about 2 weeks but didn't receive any further notice. Then I just send them a message that I will get a local person to o repair then. I am too tired to keep waiting. From the day of purchasing till now, it has been 2 yrs already. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
