inconvenience his request for tread depth caused, however, in defense of Amanda, it is a VERY RARE request from customers asking for used tires and not information that would have been in her early trainingAccording to our records, communication was lost with the traveling customer, but there was no deliberate "hang up" on our endManagement is always available to assist, but occasionally there is a few minute wait for them to get to the customer requesting their assistanceWe have also reviewed all of our video footage for the day in question and have not found the customer as being in our store.A-J Tires always strives to provide top customer serviceAll remarks made by the complainant have been taken into consideration, and any and all corrective actions have been takenCheryl W*** A-J Tires W Maloney Gallup, NM
