On September 30th, 2015, a 2003 dark blue Ford Mustang was towed into our Shop. We looked it over and found that it had an Axel issue...

in the rear end. This issue caused all the fluids in the differential to leak out and broke it in half. Due to this issue we told the customer we could fix it our do an over haul. Due to this information the customer said the over haul would cost him too much and he would not be able to afford it.
On October 1st, 2015, we found a complete rear end for the customer with a 30 day warranty on it.
By October 3rd, 2015, by mid-morning the job was completed. The customer was there to take it out on a test drive. The customer said that the test drive went well and he was satisfied with the work. Bill was paid in full.
Two days after work was completed customer came back in to complain that someone had run into his car. Since then he has been screaming through our driveway every other day. Squalling his tires in front of our shop and through town.
Three and a half week to the day of the work on his vehicle the customer in question comes in with a noise underneath his car and a very bad attitude. The Shop owner assisted him and found a differential seal seeping fluid. The mechanic/owner put in a new seal and filled it up with fluids at no cost to the customer. The customer again would not let anyone take his car out for a test drive but himself. He came back 5 minutes later after pulling out of our parking lot, squalling his tires and head south on Springfield road. We looked at his car again and found a noise coming from the transmission. The customer knew that the second gear was torn out of his transmission, but didn't tell us about it. We looked at it again and found that the transmission was completely out of fluids, so the mechanic suggested (4-5 times) that he might want to go and get two quarts of transmission fluid to put in the transmission. He went to Walmart but only got one which was not enough so he went back and got another one. Then the customer got irate with everyone.
Then on Saturday the 7th of November around night time (6:30-7pm) the customer got in front of the owner of the shop squalling his tires and giving him a hateful look. We tried everything to make this customer happy.

When I took my car back to the shop after it started leaking it wasn't making any sounds. I also haven't been "Squalling" my tires anywhere around their shop and I never broke traction on my test drive it's just a loud car. The Mechanic who fixed it after it left A & J's shop had me come in and take pictures of where someone had beat several notches in the pinion seal. It cost me a a little over $600 at the other shop to repair A & J's "Free pinion seal replacement" The transmission wasn't the problem and I have picture proof of what the owner did when he removed the pinion seal. All I want from this is the cost of the repair that I had to do at a different shop.

To the customer in question, we would like you to send, email us at [redacted]@windstream.net, or come by with the proof of pictures and a receipt of work done on the vehicle in question from the other shop. We are willing to make a compromise with you. In note we do have camera's posted around so every time the customer in question does come by the shop he is on camera. So we can pull up footage on what he has done outside in out lot.
