I took my Chevy cobalt to this business to have a spark plug service done and left with my car in worse condition than when I dropped it offI have a cylinder misfiring (preexisting) but when I went to pick it up, it was not in driveable conditionmy car had not been test drove until I made mention of it and the test drive consisted of a circle in an adjoining parking lotI took it upon myself to see if I could get the car to a driveable condition in their parking lotafter moving the coil packs around BY MYSELF IN THEIR PARKING LOT, I was able to drive the vehicle to another automotive shop for a diagnostic testThis shop would not own up to any mistakes on their part, however, they swapped out the new spark plugs and refunded my moneyI would never recommend this place to any one ever againTheir customer service is horrible and their employee with dark hair and gauges clearly knows nothing about how to handle customer complaints
