Called 5/**/13 to order a white shirt in a certain size, certain manufacturer and certain length. Total was a whopping $70.69, I faxed my request and credit card authorization to merchant. Item shipped from California and arrived a day early. The shirt I received is NOT what I ordered. I ordered a Zogran 5X/XL 22-22 1/2" white duty shirt. I received a TactSquad 5X/22" which does not fit.I called and tried to resolve the matter and I was firmly told "all sales final" and "this was a custom order"No where on my packing list does it state "custom" nor "all sales are final"Further, the representative ([redacted]) stated she faxed me a credit card receipt, but cannot show proof of the fax. I checked my fax journal and they never faxed me.[redacted] alleged the owner "[redacted]" called me and to inform me about their "all sales are final" - However, phone records indicate no such call was ever placed/received.All attempts to resolve this matter amicably failed.
