Thank you for your letter in regards to Mr***'s concernsMr*** expressed to us on multiple occasions that he was extremely dissatisfied with our items. He also advised us that he might contact his credit card company and commence a chargeback of his
shipment because of our policy.As we have previously advised Mr***, there are many alternative local suppliers for the items he seeksWe have listed a few well established and reputable companies below for his reference anduse:

I am rejecting this response because:I did not express to the company on multiple occasions that I was extremely dissatisfied with their items.  In fact, it was only on the last instance where the company was trying to enforce a policy that was instituted AFTER my purchase that I explained I would accept the new policy with future purchases, but I did need to receive a credit for products I had in the store due to factory defects.  I also stated that in the future I would only order items that I could physically inspect in the time allotted as stated in their new policy.  I did tell Ms. [redacted] that I would contact my credit card company re: the damaged products to determine my ability to do a chargeback for those products; I did not say that I would seek a chargeback for the entire shipment.The vendors recommended by Ms. [redacted] for the caps do not sell the styles that AJW sells and they do not sell them in the colors that I've found do well in our store.  The vendors for the towels do not sell the specific styles that I had been selling from AJW.  I did not contact the slipper vendors because I was not in need of the slippers AJW sells.This is simply a case of AJW not wanting to accept responsibility for the quality of their products.  I explained to Ms. [redacted] that this appears to be a case of AJW expecting their clients to be responsible for performing quality control, but that is something that clients expect AJW to do.  This is not a fair practice, but if it's something that AJW is going to do, I believe it's important for prospective clients of AJW to be made aware of what they face.
