I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was in the basement when *** called MrS*** about how much to charge for his screwing up the plumbing MrS*** charged $for all the screwed up plumbing he did It ended up costing me almost $I'm so upset, now MrS*** tries to say he doesn't know anything about the plumbing - short memory??? I have tried to talk to MrS*** to no avail According to him, he's right I do wish you'd come by and see the mess they left I know you'd be surprised at the mess See attachments alsoThank you and God Bless

If she would have just called us this complaint would have never happened. We take care of our cus[redacted]ers. All it takes is a call 2.     John, owner of the company, is in the process of taking care of this complaint. 3.     Mrs. [redacted] did receive a copy of the original proposal/contract on 5/4/15 listing of work that would be done and she mailed a down payment for this work. 4.     A receipt is only mailed if cus[redacted]er request. All paperwork is mailed when job is completed. 5.     A new outgoing line was installed and also a French drain to cut off spring water coming towards the house. This was all done per her request and also noted on her proposal/contract that she mailed a payment in for. 6.     We are checking into the plumbing issue at this time because we have no idea what that is for or how it became our issue. 7.     The spring for her animals is Air Locked. Our employees working on job site told her and another gentlemen what was needed to fix this problem for her. This was not something we caused at the site. John S[redacted] is going to be getting in touch with Mrs. [redacted] to see what we need to do to resolve this matter.

First appointment with A & J Waterproofing/Superior Basement Systems, Mr. John Shrock arrived 2 1/2 hours late. Our appointment was scheduled for 1 p.m., the secretary called that morning asking if Mr. Shrock could make our appointment at Noon, we agreed. We changed OUR schedule and were ready at Noon, but Mr. Shrock arrived after 2:30 p.m. He did call us around 2 p.m. to let us know he was on his way. It is now 26 days and we still have no estimate. Within those 26 days, we made 5 phone calls to his office and spoke with Mr. John Shrock one time and this phone call was letting Mr. Shrock know that we wanted to proceed with an estimate, and [redacted] Shrock returned a missed call and asked what we needed, we explained we have been waiting for estimates, she told us Mr. Shrock would get back with us (no phone call was EVER returned to us), and we spoke to the office secretary 3 times and she told us she would give Mr. Shrock our messages and he would call us either later that day or the next day, but still there were not return phone calls to further our estimate. We are very, very disappointed with the customer service we received. If this represents their customer service/skills, we recommend contacting ANOTHER company.
