Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The claim that you tried numerous times to resolve this complaint is not true? I had to call numerous times just to get any kind of response? The only resolution offered was unacceptable to me? The offer for me to buy all the parts and pay to tow the car from my mechanic to your shop so you could put it back together was unacceptable? You make the claim that your shop repaired the [redacted] and changed the overflow tank and ? whatever else? Just confirms my suspicion of the scam you are running on peopleYour offer was not acceptable, because your shop proved it is not capable of making those type of repairsIf they made the repairs correctly we would not be having these conversations? They obviously do poor work and I was not willing to spend thousands on parts and have the work done just so it will prematurely fail againI wanted it done rightThat is why I choose to have the car repaired by someone I trust.I expressed all of this to you during one of MY numerous calls? I made what I thought was a very generous proposal which you rejectedI am not willing to let you walk away from this, you know I was wronged and you need to be responsible and step up and make this right? Mr***, we tried multiple times to help and resolve the issue within in reason after you brought the issue to our attentionWe apologize if what we offered to you in regards to assisting you with the repairs was not what "you" wanted or expectedYou purchased a used vehicle and at that you
knew that being a used vehicle you could have a problem occur which is why we highly recommend test driving and having a third party inspection performed at your expense and discretionAlthough, not everyone does this, it is known and highly recommendedWith this vehicle having over 190,miles and knowing we had serviced this vehicle I would have definitely suggested this for you so that you would have a "peace of mind" before your purchaseJust so we are clear I was NOT your salesperson but what I did do is try to help you the best I could and I apologize for any inconvenienceBelow are the repairs we did to this vehicle prior to your purchase. A *** rebuild by *** *** ***new tires, a new driver side/rear left/rear right elevators, new tensioner and pulley, new idler pulley, window motors, drivers door lock cylinder, new spark plugs, new arm control bushing, break sensor, new blower motor resistor, new thermostat, new fan clutch, new coolant overflow tank, new front/rear brake rotors, new camshaft sensor, and side upholstery covers, a new power steering pump, and fresh oil change and filter.Over $in up keep maintenance spent. ***Secretary/ Collections

Our customers are responsible to ensure that payments are received regardless of what system(s) we may useAt time of purchase customers are also made aware of the different options to remit payment and anyone who does bill pay should know that in order to ensure that payment is received to the
business on the due date or near the due date, should set bill pay so that it is received on timeThis has not been the case with this customer and the account has been late for the last several months in our account ledger, because the customer was not aware of her monthly payment amount or payment date which is stated on the contract that she has a copy ofIF there were any questions about the payment or anything at all, the customer could refer back to the contract or have contacted usNumerous calls and voicemails were left to the number provided informing the customer about the account being past due but we were never contacted until after the vehicle had been repossessed.We always work our hardest and try our best to keep our customers behind the wheel of our vehicles and give a courtesy to our customers to pay at a later date if ever a hardship should occur, but when there is no communication from the customer then we exhaust all forms to contact the customer and are left with no choice but to turn over the account to our recovery department Sincerely,AJS NICE CARS STAFFTell us why here...
