His wife dropped off the ring three years to have a stone put in. We hadn't heard from him in three years. After three years, there's nothing we can do for him. She doesn't have a claim ticket, but she had when she left. Now she can't find it. We would have disposed of...
the ring by now. On the claim ticket, it says that we are not responsible for items left for over 60 days. They would have been contacted by us multiple times about the ring before it was disposed of. She has called and hung up on us numerous times. He actually apologized because his wife didn't tell him the whole story.
