Review: Fiance took her 2002 Jeep to mechanics for oil change. Was given a bill for $54.23- $40.99 for the Oil and a Charge of $10.00 for TOP OFF FLUIDS AS NEEDED . She was never asked if she wanted fluids topped off. After waiting nearly 75 minutes from start to finish she paid and rushed back to work, late ..I called to ask about the EXTRA charge and was told It is common practice to top off fluids when I asked about being charged for a service we did not ask for she started to change her tone and said once again This is common practice . I stated I can understand topping off fluids as a free service like most places do but, being charged is one thing. I stated she did not ask for this service and replied; well she was down on her coolant. Once again I asked, was my fiance asked if she wanted this service and the Common Practice line was thrown out again. The woman on the phone finally got mad enough to ask for my name and number, which I did give but, have not heard back from the owner or whoever was supposed to call me. BEWARE OF AJS SERVICE STATION

The complainant was contacted by me this afternoon and we resolved the issue.
