I was contacted by mrs *** back in march about a planter and mailboxI told it was going to hard to match existing brick since it is an older houseShe said to just try and find somethind similar and I said ok that it would take a little bit. weeks later she called again so i
went over and gave her a price plus tax and she said that was fineI actually told her to go to my sisters store because they own a brick store here in Clovis and pick out the brick she wanted to useShe then stated she wanted an address stone in front of mailbox and I told her its was to wide for a standard size mailbox at which point she started to get a little fussy towards me because she wanted the address stone but she wouldnt comprehend what I had told her that its too wide for a standard size mailboxSo then I sent my guys to start digging the footing and pour the concrete and they didIt took them half a day to do thatShe then came out and told my guys everthing looks good. I was never told anything about footingI just hope they know the difference between footings and finished concrete very big difference. One week later she called me to stop project so I didSo I asked her to pay me for the Labor and Material since footing was already done and she stated she wasnt going to pay me nothing so I told here I was going to remove the concrete for non paymentSo later I was contacted by her son which was overseas then by the CLOVIS POLICE DEPARTMENT that if I went over there I would be arrested for trespassingSo I never went instead would just file paperwork in courtThe next day she texted me times harrassing me about going and removing the concrete footing but I never did considering I was threathened the day before about being arrested for tresspaingI actually have text messages that I never ever harrassed her just asked for her full name to start paperwork in court and to this day havent received it but I did get it from this complaint. Actually the price I gave her is very cheap considering we had to dig feet of footing and pour the concrete plus by the brick mortar sand and a new metal mailboxI gave gave her a cheap price because she told me her son was overseas and he had told her to call meI have been doing this half of my life and have never had a complaint especially over such a small project
