We hired *** for construction on our house. We paid him him 3400.00 to start on our house. He showed up when he wanted and sometimes not at all. He brought in little pieces of crown molding (that looked used) and then put it upside down. He tore out a wall and used 3 pieces of plywood and called that a beam to hold a bar on a low bearing wall. He also brought us a broken window for our kitchen and never replaced it. He took out the living room window and put a piece of sheet rock on it and never came and fixed it. We had to pay double of what we were supposed to pay for someone to come in a basically rip out all of his work and redo it.
Refund We want the amount of 3400 to refund what we paid upfront and then want 8200 in all the damages we had to redo plus he scratched our floor and spilled stuff all over so we had to redo the wood floors and we have to replace the brand new tile tile he screwed hole in for the bar he messed up.
