I went to Progressive to buy some scrubs last weekProgressive is the scrubs shop inside AK Fitness I went in on Wednesday and bought scrubs shirts I found them on a sales rackThey had several sales racks dispersed all throughout the store, with small signs on them, about " by 7", that say 60% off At the bottom of these signs, in very very small print, it says all sales are final I didn't notice the small script about the sales being final I was on my lunch break and therefore was in a hurry and didn't try them on I was not told when I checked out that all sales are final, and it was not printed on receipt that all sales are final, so I had no idea One of the shirts was too small, so I took it back days later to exchange it for a larger size I had my receipt of course, and went in through the front door to get help I was eventually "helped" by a younger female employee, who was very very rude immediatelyShe gave a huge sigh, and rolled her eyes when she was asked by her coworker to assist me She took me to the scrub room and took a look at my shirt and receipt, and realized it came off the sales rackSo she very rudely says, "no, all sales are final No, you cannot exchange this That is our policy." Very matter of fact, and very smug, and very rude I was shocked I didn't know this policy, or I would have either tried on the shirt, or not bought the shirt, and I told her I didn't know, that no one told me thatShe said that it's printed on the signs I looked at one of the signs, and it is indeed printed on these small signs, in very small, obviously ineffective print So, now I am stuck with a shirt I cannot wear I understand businesses have policies for a reason, and I would have been way more understanding of this policy, no matter how stupid it is, if she would have been anything but horribly rude She was so completely indifferent to me or my situation She never said she was sorryShe never, not once, tried to make it right, or make me, the paying customer, happy in any way So I will go onto every website and social media site I can, and tell my story, hoping no one gets caught up in their trap with that insane policy, and no one else gives their money to Progressive/AK Fitness, for scrubs Good customer service goes a long way, but bad customer service goes even further You would think they would recognize this and do something to please their customers They do not care about their customers in my opinion, and that is not the place I will go to buy scrubs ever again
