Review: I asked for gel nails and they gave me acrilic, but still charged me for gel. Thats a $15.00 over charge. They failed to apply they nails correctly, and tried to refuse to fix them when I was not satisfied. Overall end product does not look well, or like it should, they did more steps to one hand then they did to the other, and also did not complete the steps in order. I have had my nails done other places several times prior to this, so I know the procedures...Desired Settlement: I want the $15 back that I was over charged. I did not receive the Gel nails, so why should I be charged for them. I have had both Gel and Acrilic and I know what I received was Acrilic.
