Review:

I am writing this letter regarding a product I purchased form AK Photography.

The quality of work was terrible, the backing of the big pictures came partially off of the pictures the same day over one half of the wallets were bent when I placed them in the invitations they were so bent they bubbled up the envelope, this is how bad they were bent. Order was messed up she sent me the wrong wallets to send out in my son's invitations, this caused a delay in mailing them out, along with other delays she had caused. She placed her logo across the pictures, etc.

I paid $1,143.00 for this product.

I contacted [redacted] on July 25, 2011 and explained that the product was unsatisfactory. She just sent me a letter stating that I said I liked her work, she stated all photo companies put their name on their pictures ...other excuse.....a copy of my letters and her responses are enclosed. Failure to receive an appropriate response to this problem has prompted me to write directly to you.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving my complaint. I would like for AK photography to refund $421.00 not even half or the entire full purchase price of $1,143.00.

Enclosed are copies of my r records, including sending in one of the wallets and sending all correspondence between me and her.
