hey ***this is reference to id number I had received letter from the Revdex.com office regarding a complaint against wireless hubi just want to reply first of all the issue happen when my store got broken into back in 8/25/some of the item was missing which is one of this item was the ipad that [redacted] had in our store at that timehe came and ask for the ipad and we told him that the ipad was stolen along with other stuff was stolen from the store at that time, therefore we told him we could get you another ipad same as the one you had but all you have to pay is the repair we had to do in you ipad at that time which is total of dollars because he bought his ipad to get fix in our store so therefore we was going to only charge him for the repair that he was going to pay for when the ipad was fixbut since his ipad was stolen I offer him another one better condition than the one he had with only paying what he was going to pay for his ipad which total of $he didn't like what we told him, he call cop regarding this matter and the cop told him this is a civil matter that you have to go to court and and solve this issue, or see if you could talk to business owner see if he could fix this issue for youtherefore out of generosity we had offer him another one but all he have to pay was the repairhe had agree to this after he know this the best way was for himso we told him to come back in days to come and get the ipad after he pay total of $therefore when [redacted] came to pick up the ipad he was asking the employee to see the ipad before any payment was made so he took the ipad, he took off with it without paying any thing to the employee so the employee told him that if he don't pay on it he will have to call the cop on him, therefore the employee took his license plate number on the car, we had call the cop and reported him as theft for total amount of $125, cop came and made report against him so he may be wanted for theft charges nowand also maybe have attachment under his nameso this every thing that happen in detail.I want to know that this guy his wanted now by the cop for theft charges that he committed for itthanks so much for all you attention
