I had the worst experience of getting my car fixed at the companyThe owner name Jessey is a real piece of st! He literally tried ripping me off, But when I approached him on it and told him verbally "You have me second thinking about your Business" he then stated, "I don't give a [redacted] what you think about my business"I've been a customer for over 5yrsThis conflict has me thinking how long has he been ripping me off? [redacted]  after "For something you did" I called him saying "Let's do this, just place some rotors on my car, if there's a balance just give me the balancehe said "Fine"That when I further mention t "You have me second thinking about your Business" and he followed up with, "I don't give a [redacted] what you think about my business"Now let's continue with the text message [redacted]  So, I called the police and reported my car stolenPolice arrived, took mines and his infoHad me email this exact text message you guys are readingWent to the A Kar Auto SalesGot the rotors placed on and my car and dropped back off to meIf I could, I would have gave them no star!!

I bought a used suv ! The issues started hours after the purchase of a GMC ARCADIA check engine light is on as well as severe shaking! I had another place look at was told the issues then dropped it back at a k auto for it to be covered under the warranty! Not only wasn’t it fixed they kept the truck for a week drove it back fourth on the parkway multiple times adding 600+ miles all I’m told is I used bad gas they put a new filter took off manually seconds time the check engine light! Even though two other places say it’s the cadilitic converter gaskets and or the converter itself! As well as failure to address why telling me the topped off all the fluids the radiator was bone dry red transmission fluid was found in the overflow after I got the gmc back from them? As well as a full tank gas gone 600+ miles out on my truck and abused on the parkway as a luxury vehicle for the owner!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is not working out due to I have several videos of myself at his shop to be serviced as well as the yelling the owner did at me as well as admitted to using the vehicle I purchased as his personal vehicle for the week I left it there! I’v as well sent emails stating I can have it brought there to be serviced they never got back to me constantly putting me on hold!! I can’t even pass inspection the lack of respect he has had ranging from not topping off fluids attempts to give me cash to make up for using my vehicle for a week putting miles claiming he owns the business can do what he chooses!! And yes I have a son who is in hospital having heart surgery so to claim I made an exsuse for one and only one appointment I think was justified!! There lack not only myself who is being affected but many other customer s as well!! Nor has a jar auto response in any way to correct this situation but once as well as brid me!! I don’t trust them touching the vehicle any longer! I rather just get all my money back plus the money I already paid towards the financing as well as out of the contract or they pay the financing company in full!! The lies the sabotage they done as well as the videos I have of everything said done if they don’t respect the fact them taking full advantage of a single mom of three one who’s been in the hospital for heart issues missing one appointment them not addressed all my dropping the gmc off not once but times each time has been a complete joke saying he can do as he wishes he’s covered by taking any vehicle being fixing off the lot !! Not one dealer nor mechanic shop has ever done anything like this nor can believe Jessie has!! Denied my mechanic to stand there next to them while under the hood up on the lift was fishy as well! I refuse to be yelled at or disrespected by anyone who claims to be a great person shop yet not just myself but three other customers complained that they have issues after buying there cars from A Kar Auto as well!! I just want to be done with them get all my money back in full plus the financing to be paid in full or contracts over with so I can buy a reliable vehicle for my family not having these types of issues or meddling by disconnecting the auto start and alarm system and so on!! I’m done they are the ones unreasonable trying to buy my silence playing games as well as staling!!

I have been in contact with *** since she purchased the carShe is a very difficult person to work withI have set up many different appointments to have the vehicle repaired that she never showed up toNo call no show and when I do contact her to find out she comes up with an excuseMost of
the information she submitted to Revdex.com is not accurate and I have plenty of emails asking her to show proof or give detailsShe also told me that the vehicle was at the dealer for weeks but could not provide any paperwork confirming this as well as I asked her for the dealer information so I can contact them to see what their diagnosis was and again she gave me no responseShe keeps making up stories to make it seem like she is the victim but all we have done is tried to help her as much as possible from the startWe are working with her and I still have some emails from a few days ago that she has not responded to yet so I can try and set up her next appointmentIt is very frustrating working with her, we even offered to give her a full refund and she declined and said she would rather keep the vehicleWe were also planning on giving her an extended 3rd party warranty but I told her the lies and assumptions need to stop in order for us to proceed with thatStill no response as of 11/1pm from her from the emails I sent her 11/We should not be held responsible for her actions and lack of consideration after all we have tried to do
