Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all, the problem just accorded with faucet and will never use Krueger again They are a rip off I called them to purge my system and weeks later I had the same problem Called other plumber to fix the issue that Kruger didn't fix, Also, the faucet they put in is an older model and shouldn't have rusted in 1/years Most faucets last at least years and I can honestly tell you I will never use Krueger again they are a rip off and I believe that are dishonest If they don't want to give me some money back on this there are other avenues to take Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint Information: Again unless the plumber is familiar with [redacted] Brass there is no way he can determine whether the faucet was an older model or not. Our faucets are restocked monthly because we have a high stock turn over rate. If the faucet was faulty and had a leak that would have been the cause of the rust. Again that would have been under warranty if [redacted] had called us. At this point with out the faucet there is nothing we can do. If [redacted] gives us a copy of the invoice that she got from the other plumber we can see what was done and be able to make a more informed decision as to how to move forward. But without any additional information there is nothing we can do.

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, the problem just accorded with faucet and will never use Krueger again.  They are a rip off.  I called them to purge my system and 2 weeks later I had the same problem.  Called other plumber to fix the issue that Kruger didn't fix,
Also, the faucet they put in is an older model and shouldn't have rusted in 2 1/2 years.  Most faucets last at least 10 years and I can honestly tell you I will never use Krueger again they are a rip off and I believe that are dishonest.
If they don't want to give me some money back on this there are other avenues to take
Sincerely,

Complaint Information:
text-align: left;" valign="top"> First let me start by saying this is the first time we have heard about this. The customer never called to say she had a problem with a faucet we installed on 9/28/12. She did call on 3/31/15 to ask if we could send her a copy of the invoice for the faucet install because she needed it for her taxes. It was mailed to her on 4/1/15. She called on 4/2/15 and said she had not gotten it yet and [redacted] explained that it was mailed on 4/1/15. She then called again on 4/6/15 and asked how many times did she need to request a copy of the invoice. I explained that the invoice was mailed on 4/1/15 and because of Good Friday and the post office being closed it might take an extra day to get it. We never heard back from her. Let me again say in all this time she never mentioned a word about the faucet not working. We do not install old faucets, we never have and we never will. We did have to go back on 10/4/12 because there was still a leak, the tech did not find a leak but tightened all nuts. We did not charge the customer as it was warranty. The [redacted] Brass faucet we installed has a life time parts warranty therefore if the customer had called us we would have gone out and repaired the faucet only charging her labor (our labor only has a one year warranty). Also the plumber she called out may not stock [redacted] Brass fixtures and replacement parts, that may be why he replaced the faucet instead of repairing it. This faucet was 2 1/2 years old. I'm not sure why she is asking for her money back. Sometimes faucets do develop leaks and the cartridges or stems need to be replaced. Without the original faucet back there is no way for us to determine what went wrong. Her request for a refund seems unfair since she never contacted us that there was a problem.
