September 25, 2015 - I have a home warranty plan. A&L was my assigned contractor. My dryer failed in March, 2015. A&L attempted to repair it four times. I submitted my fifth service order. Andrew (A&L owner) called the home warranty service, cancelled the service order saying that the problem belonged to me. No one at A&L called to tell me that the service order was cancelled or that they couldn't repair the dryer. The home warranty service has transferred my order to Sears. I've paid over $300 to A&L in service fees and parts and my dryer is still broken.
