I don’t have access to our corporate Revdex.com page yet, so I am responding to this complaint this wayI hope that is ok.? Complaint ID: [redacted] Consumer Name: [redacted] ? A review of the email thread between Mrs [redacted] and our company shows, an email was sent stating she was not happy and wanted all of her money back, we originally offered her manufacturer’s coupons, and Mrs [redacted] declined stating she wanted to be refunded the total dollar amountIn order to process this request, we reached out to our finance department; in hopes this could be doneIn the meantime, Mrs [redacted] emailed back in and accepted the manufacturer’s couponDuring the transition, we responded her email on 2/04/and advised that we are working on getting her the full amount refunded back to her.? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but to please note my additional information below:However, a few noted points: My last name is [redacted] not, [redacted] ; and they did NOT offer me a refund until I contacted the Revdex.com.? They said that they they could only do the couponsI emailed two more time which they had not responded to, which is why I contacted the Revdex.comThey claim the delay was because they had to contact their finance departmentThey NEVER stated that nor responded to my emailsas I stated initially in my first contact to you, was that I was simple ignored, and only after contacting the Revdex.com was the situation resolved Regards, [redacted]
