A contract was signed on November 2012 with owner Allan Craik of AAA Florida Bound Truck, [redacted], Ny ###-###-####. The company agreed to move household furniture from my residence in **, NY to **, Fl. The owner of the company, " Allan L. Craik" came to my residence in ** where he stated the furniture and motorcycle being shipped, will cost $1945 U.S. A $200 dollar deposit, a $745 dollar payment at pickup and $1,000 dollars cash upon delivery. On 12/5/12 Allan Craik came to my residence and loaded up my motorcycle and stated that there is not enough room for me to move your belongings. He stated "I just can"t do it, I am sorry, it is totally my fault." Allan Craik gave the $200 dollar deposit back and left.
